AD Booklet Entries cannot be turned in after 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025 

LINE UP BEGINS:  9:00 am (in JD Harvester Works parking lot, 1100 13 Ave., East Moline)
PARADE BEGINS:  11:00 am

FEES:
Parade Entry:  $25  (free to 501 c 3 nonprofit organizations)
AD in booklet: $50 (Business card pg) – $100 (Qtr pg) – $200 (Half pg) – $300 (Full pg)

This Quad City Labor Day parade is the TRUE, LABOR DAY PARADE – represented by various Union organizations, a Grand Marshal nominated from one of the local unions, high school marching bands, endorsed elected officials, club or social service organizations and entertainment businesses from around the Quad Cities. In following the “TRUE, LABOR DAY PARADE,” all vehicles participating IN our parade must have a VIN# that begins with either 1, 2, 4, or 5.

ROUTE:
The Labor Day Parade is held in East Moline IL, for the Quad Cities community. The parade route is as follows: turning right out of Harvest Way onto 12th Avenue – then South to 7th Street up to 15th Avenue – West to 3rd Street where you’ll cross railroad tracks on 3rd Street and proceed down 12th Avenue to 7th street where the parade ends. From there, volunteers can either walk back to Harvest Way parking area or hitch a ride on a bus, trolly car, or hop into/onto your own entry to ride back to parking area.

It’s a great day for family and friends to come out to see the many unions and organizations represented in our community.
